There is a lifestyle of the Kingdom believer that is to be so radically different that it attracts others. Flowing from an intimacy with Jesus, it is authentic and transparent, speaking to the heart of those it comes in contact with.

There is a stirring in the body of Christ today: many are shifting from a religious paradigm to a Kingdom one. In dialogue with others, it is common to hear a question like this posed: “What prevents us from demonstrating kingdom power or authority?” This is a valid question that needs to be answered if we are to step into our roles as Kingdom representatives.

When He said ye are the light of the world, I believe Jesus was implying at least three things. First as disciples and Kingdom citizens, we are to continue His mission of restoration. Second, we are to be examples that are attractive and invite others to follow. Thirdly, we are to bring order the arenas of life we find ourselves in.

Thoughts are powerful things. They define our being and are revealed by our actions. It is our beliefs (thoughts) that determine our values, which in turn form the framework for our actions. Living in Kingdom authority requires that we have a transformed mind: we must think Kingdom thoughts, viewing situations from a Kingdom perspective. This mindset produces faith to demonstrate the power of our King!
