Thanks Cindy. I have been “moved” many times in the past by the same songs. I think in general they express a sincere desire. It is the process of manifestation I think that is in question.

Jesus Himself marveled at the faith of whom?
The (non-Jewish) Roman Centurian who not only clearly understood authority but obediently applied the simple principals of authority in his daily life. He not only had the knowledge of authority, but he lived it out (he walked the walk). Therefore, his faith in Christ to heal his servant with a simple word, was a solid “knowing” rather than a hopeful may be.
